   It's all about the dots! Polka dots are definitely a hot trend for this fall, coming in all different styles and colors.  I've picked some of my favorite dot items, which of course are all budget friendy! (all items are under $100). I personally would like to see a full head-to-toe polka dot ensemble...any takers?? Maybe I'll have to be the one to bust out my dots!
